The fact through WHO ( https://covid19.who.int/ , 2021), data on the spread of Covid-19 on 10 February 2021 there were 334,648 new cases, 106,555,206 confirmed cases, and 2,333,446 deaths. These data show that the global world is not doing well. The number of people who are positive for Covid-19 and die because of Covid-19 is always increasing. This has an impact on human survival and state life.

Covid-19 causes people and the state to rearrange the ways of life or what is known as the New Normal. This new normal life has made humans and the state changes their habits before the existence of Covid-19, to live side by side with Covid-19. Many things have changed, such as the state policies in adapting Covid-19, the judicial process which previously immediately turned into e-court, making contracts that mostly use e-contracts,  IT-based business transactions, Covid-19 is in the main priority of healthy side, budget policies which are also aimed to prevent Covid-19, relations among states also adjust to the conditions just now, and many others have changed.

Today, the state life has changed a lot that the state, humans, ecology, and others become central of life, changing to Covid-19 or we can say as Covid-19 centrism. Covid-19 centrism has completely changed the pattern of national and state life. Adjustments are made for the sake of the continuity of life for the community itself. Covid-19 have changed the conventional pattern of life, turning into a change towards the use of technology in all fields. So that legal, social, psychology , cultural/historical, and government policies also change towards maximizing technology in life

The Objectives

This conference focuses on changes that occur during the new normal, these changes begin with those that occur in IT-based contracts, state policies, the environment, social life, and history then other important things in this forum are to find out preventive actions and vaccine distribution in developing countries and This makes it important to  identify the implications of Covid-19 in State life.
